This is a beautiful village house, fully reformed and surrounded by olive trees, cherry trees and almonds. Friendly Spanish with a residents association, medical centre, 2 bars, 1 with restaurant and a small shop. The local town is bustling Alcala la Real about 9 kilometres away and is accessible by the local bus from the village in the mornings. There is a bus-station in Alcala where a coach can be picked up to make all of Spain accessible. There are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large lounge with a woodburner, large kitchen diner - also with a woodburner and room for a pool in the large outside area. There are also all new windows with double glazing and shutters. The floors have been re-tiled throughout and although this house has been completely reformed, it has not lost its character of a typical Spanish dwelling. There is an extra outbuilding that could be reformed into another bedroom. The existing reformed annexe with a double bedroom and ensuite could be suitable as a possible income as B&B. The views are outstanding and can be seen from every aspect of the house including the large terrace. Offers will be considered.
